Three Safe and Convenient Ways for Sellers to Settle

At Security Abstract, we’re committed to ensuring our clients’ safety – all while providing the same excellent service that you’ve always known.  In an effort to maintain social distancing and reduce foot traffic on settlement day, sellers may wish to consider the following flexible options:

  1. Sign in Advance
    • Selling clients may schedule an appointment with our office (now conveniently located just off of the Lansdale turnpike exit) prior to settlement to sign all necessary paperwork.
  2. Deed Packet
    • A great option for sellers who may not live locally, deed packets are an easy way for selling clients to complete all paperwork remotely.  If a seller chooses to use a deed packet, please let us know with as much advance notice as possible.  Deed packets require signing in the presence of an approved notary; please contact the office for further information.
  3. Attend Virtually via Videoconferencing
    • If sellers wish to be present at the closing, Security Abstract now offers virtual videoconferencing!  Please let your title agent know in advance if this is something that interests you or your client.

(Please note that for this option, sellers must still execute all required documents prior to settlement either by signing in advance at the office or completing a deed packet.)
